Guide: Navigate to My Requests
Locating your open requests can be found by navigating to the account drop down at the top right after logging in and selecting My activities.
On the My Requests screen, you'll be able to view the following:
My requests - Requests opened by your email account
Requests I'm CC'd on - Requests that have your email CC'd
Organization Requests* - All request by the organization your account is assigned to.

Understand the Status
The status options will be color coated indicating the current state of the request
Open | Indicates that we are actively reviewing your requests |
Awaiting your reply | Indicates that we are awaiting some additional feedback on your requests |
Solved | Indicates that we have resolved your requests |
