How To: Reset your SeaCare Password
These steps apply to the following SeaCare products:
- SeaCare Operations
- SeaCare Onboard
- SeaCare Crew
- SeaCare Provider
Select "Forgot Password?" link
SeaCare Onboard and Operations: Complete the form by entering your account username and select the "Email" option
SeaCare Crew Health/Provider: Complete the form by entering your account username
You'll receive a verification code to the email associated with your account.
Enter the Password Verification Code
Complete the password fields to reset your account.
Next you'll receive a success notification in the top right of your screen and you're all set to login!
IMPORTANT
If you continue to have issues logging in or receive errors during this process, please reach out to your Organization's Systems Administrators.
