If you have already received an email from Tritan Support, you have an account!
Since you already have an account, you can complete your account setup to login and track your support tickets. Follow these steps:
- From the Help Desk portal (support.tritansoft.com), click on Sign In.
- From the sign in page, use the "Have you emailed us? Get a Password" link.
- Type your email and follow the email instructions to finish setting up your password.
If you have never contacted Tritan Support before...
You can sign up for access to the Tritan Support Portal by clicking the sign up link on the homepage.
NOTE: It's important to use your company email address to receive access to documentation.
If you cannot access documentation after logging in, please contact your Organization's System Administrator.
